Unless restricted by a mega strong firewall policy, I would bet that most, if not half of your employees are totally hooked to social networking websites such as Facebook, MySpace or Twitter… and … that they spend a significant amount of their time in the office interacting with others on those exact same websites.

It’s been interesting to watch responses from both technology enthusiasts as well as opinions from other big players in the space as Microsoft rolls out its latest Windows 7 operating system. If there is one lesson that has held true for social marketing it’s that you have to learn to rely on customers to drive it for you as they will always have control.
